TECHSOFT is a Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®) Institute (formerly Software Engineering Institute) Partner with more than 15 years of process engineering experience in both government and commercial sectors. TECHSOFT achieved CMMI® Maturity Level 3 in 2009. In 2017, we successfully completed a multi-model appraisal and achieved CMMI® Maturity Level 2 in the Development and Services constellations.

TECHSOFT’s veteran Process Engineering Team has assisted both government and commercial clients in establishing the infrastructure needed to optimize processes, achieve goals, and move their organizations forward.

TECHSOFT conducts an on-site evaluation of an organization’s existing processes, compares them to the best practices of CMMI®, and then develops a gap analysis report. This report identifies process improvement opportunities, provides an initial roadmap to achieving goals, and enables the development of a more accurate cost and schedule estimate for reaching those goals. Based on the gap analysis results, the TECHSOFT Process Team provides the following coaching and mentoring services:

• Reviewing and making recommendations for an organization’s processes and procedures
• Conducting workshops to help with the development of new processes and procedures
• Mapping and collecting documentation required for a CMMI® appraisal
• Creating process improvement plans, team charters, and other tools to facilitate continued process improvement.
