(TECHSOFT) is principally engaged in process engineering, software services, network services, information security, training/course development, and managed services. TECHSOFT has decades of experience delivering superior service and solutions to its clients, including federal agencies, state and local government, and commercial clients throughout the continental U.S. In addition to its Florida headquarters, the company maintains a presence in Charleston, South Carolina. We support our customers as an Application Service Provider (ASP). TECHSOFT has formed alliances with large corporations including Microsoft, Computer Associates (CA), CITRIX®, Oracle, and the Software Engineering Institute (SEISM) to bring the very best blend of technologies and knowledge together to satisfy client needs in the constantly evolving world of information technology and process development. Pensacola
The westernmost city in Florida, Pensacola has a rich history reaching back to the beginnings of our great nation and earlier. Originally inhabited by Muskogean language peoples and frequented by the Creek peoples for trading, Pensacola was originally founded by Tristán de Luna in 1559. Though this settlement was short-lived, it eventually became a city under Spanish rule in 1668 and changed hands several times over by competing European powers. Nicknamed the City of Five Flags, Pensacola also holds the title of the Cradle of Naval Aviation, being home to NAS (Naval Air Station) Pensacola, known as the initial primary training base for all US Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard officers pursuing designation as Naval Aviators and Naval Flight Officers. It’s also the home base for the precision flying team, the Blue Angels. Along with its rich history in culture, arts and architecture, Pensacola also boasts of sugar-white sand beaches with emerald-blue waters, a thriving sport-fishing industry and many points of interest, night spots, and restaurants that keep vacationers returning.
Charleston
Southern Living magazine named Charleston the South’s Best City for 2017, citing the city’s knack for reinventing itself in recent years, with something new for every taste. Culture, history, and charm abound in South Carolina’s oldest city. Founded in 1670 and named to honor King Charles II of England, Charleston’s many communities make for a diverse and rich culture. Employees
TECHSOFT is proud of the diversified background of our employees – Veterans who have worked in technical fields for decades, and recent graduates from some of the finest colleges and universities. Many personnel have come from U.S. Navy communications and computer security backgrounds. The skills gained in these areas are directly applicable to a successful and secure business process. Various TECHSOFT personnel serve or have served as certified adjunct faculty at the University of West Florida, Columbia Southern University, and Pensacola State College. TECHSOFT’s growing staff is noted for its breadth and versatility. Our melding of experience and youth forms the basis for a progressive and visionary, yet established and well-grounded company.
Community Involvement
Headquartered on West Garden Street, TECHSOFT has been an active part of the downtown Pensacola business community and surrounding area for over 20 years, and we take great pride in our community involvement. TECHSOFT is proud to be involved in organizations such as Innovation Coast (Founding member), iTenWired, Northwest Florida Cybersecurity Strategic Planning Group, ITGulfCoast (Founding Member), Escambia County Workforce Development Committee, Escambia County Schools Career Academy Advisory Board, and Santa Rosa County School Board Information Technology Advisory Committeee. In addition, our staff has supported many different charities over the years, most recently volunteering as buddies with the Pensacola Miracle League, collecting toys for the Studer Family Children’s Hospital at Sacred Heart with Pensacola Hometown Heroes, and getting a team of employees together to play in a golf tournament to benefit wounded warriors.
